1girl Website Transformation
In March 2021 I rebranded 1girl's organization and began developing a new communications strategy for brand awareness, to find new ways to connect with the community, and to make it easier for donors to stay involved. This website transformation was the latest project in the company rebrand.

Worked closely with fellow board members to create an outline and design strategy.
Collected content with board members for the website (photos, videos, copywriting)
Presented the final version of the website to the board before starting the migration.
Reported analytics on a monthly basis.
Designer/Developer
Created an initial illustration for the new website for approval by the board members. Considered different strategies for our audience.
Collected content for the website. (photos, videos, copywriting)
Designed the Wix site from its original WordPress platform. (Moved all information from previous site).
Optimized site and customized (SEO) for higher organic search with keywords and page descriptions.
Account Director
Created a new Wix account for 1girl, paid fees, and worked with TechSoup to find a 75% discount on subscriptions for non-profits.
​Migrated the site from WordPress and transferred the Domain from GoDaddy to Wix.
Reported analytics on site visits, clicks, and more.
Research
Performed market research on three women's empowerment groups to see where they were effective in their communications and what could be improved.
Created a google analytics account at the start of the project to begin receiving data from the current website in order to have an understanding where anyalytics sat before and after migration.
